This script can be run on text files generated by mwa_plot_calibration.

pol_correction.py

Usage: pol_correction.py <pdv file> <beam file> \[slope\] \[offset\]

pdv file: A text file created with PSRCHIVE's pdv utility

beam file: A text file created with mwa_track_primary_beam_response

slope: A phase slope given in rad/Hz. If not supplied, a default value of 0.0 rad/Hz is used.

offset: A phase offset given in rad. If not supplied, a default value of 0.0 rad is used.
