Delete Request 16
This delete request is due to Chris Riseley (PI) requesting re-observation due to poor data quality:
"The observations over the (Australian) winter where we were placing CygA in the beam null are not sufficiently high-quality for our science purposes. In my judgement this is partly a combination of the CygA nulling (placing the target too far from the field centre to be really useful) and partly the array state (in general the data quality is far from optimal)."
